I just love this as my 7 yr old gsd needs retraining on his 'heel', I use this to keep him close. I must report that he is doing much better along with less barking.

Great product, high quality, and versatile

I bought an auto adapter online as part of my dog's car safety set up, but went to the store to try out different leashes to hook onto the auto adapter. Bee (co-owner) was extremely helpful, went above and beyond. She let me take the products out to the car and try it out to see what length would work best. I was intending to adapt the waist connector as a shorter leash to strap my dog into the car, but she advised the traffic handle, which I love even more because I can repurpose it as a traffic handle when we are taking him out of the car for short breaks.

The products are high quality but the rope also feels soft. I love how adaptable and customizable the products are and the customer service is top notch. I would definitely return to purchase more products!
